Harold's Restaurant & Lounge

Great roast beef. Nice bar.

We arrived at Harolds Wednesday to find a locked door. Their Facebook page indicated they were open at 4 on Wednesdays as did the sign on the door. We were very disappointed and went elsewhere. What are the hours?

I really enjoyed dinner at Harold's. They had many specials on Saturday, it was hard to choose. I had the baked haddock and rice. Very good choice. the Chicken soup was delicious and the salad was fresh, crisp and tasty. Service was excellent. All in all 5 star evening.

We were a group of five that arrived at the very start of their dinner crowd. The waitress initially seemed very rushed, but appeared to get into the groove of the evening as our meal progressed. Although prices were listed in the menu, they weren't presented on the specials board. There was a choice of soups with one being entirely vegetarian. The salads were crisp with dressing options. We ordered four pan-fried haddock mains & one lasagne. All the portions were huge. The prices were moderate. Because we were there early, parking was easy. There's wheelchair access. The only significantly yuk experience of the evening were the smokers by the entrance.

Been here for several occasions for parties. The staff are amazing, and they are very helpful. The food is also absolutely fantastic and they do buffet style which is perfect.
