Clean, unpretentious, excellent mom and pop diner. Food was very generous in portion size!! And tasty ????. It is a Native restaurant on the reservation. The waitress could not have been more competent. Everything was delightful. I'll be back. It was nearly a full house the entire time I was there.

We went to Joandy's Place after 5 on a Friday. The place was very busy, but we were able to get seats on the deck. The only problem with sitting on the deck is the occasional smell of gasoline wafting over from the gas station. That problem can be solved by sitting inside. We just didn't want to wait 30 minutes for a table. The waitress promptly arrived at the table and was very friendly. I ordered the fruit and nut salad. It was huge! The lettuce was mixed greens. A large grilled chicken breast was on top. On each side of the chicken was cranberries, walnuts and blue cheese. Joandy's is the only place I can order something with blue cheese and know that it will be good and not have that punky, musty taste. With balsamic dressing, it was wonderful and I had half of it boxed to take home. Hubby had Cajun Fish. Again, a large, tasty portion, served with a big pile of french fries. The cole slaw did not have the usual mayo dressing, it was a vinegar type dressing, which he enjoyed as something different. As a big plus, Joandy's is less expensive than comparable restaurants. We will be back!

So yummy! This place is a great little secret. The food is great and the atmosphere is charming. Try the Cajun shrimp mac and cheese for a delicious comfort food fix!
