I love this place!! Everytime I'm in catskill I make it a point to go! My fav is the Turkey ruben!! Always great!

The Bacon was cooked to perfection. The entire breakfast was extremely tasty. I am definitely going to return here. A nice comfy place cozy and sweet. A great place for a couple to have an awesome breakfast!!!

This was my first time at Penny's, despite living in the area.

Food: great. I got a 3 egg cheese omelet which came with seasoned home fries and toast. My sons got an egg salad sandwich with pasta salad and a hamburger. My husband got a hash and cheese omelet. Coffee was strong and good. The egg omelet was cooked perfectly with lots of gooey cheese spilling out. The home fries were good, sprinkled generously with paprika. My son said the pasta salad was delicious and scarfed that down immediately.

Atmosphere: nice layout, very clean.

Price: about what you would expect for a diner/luncheonette. Around $50 with tip for 2 adults, 2 kids, all with drinks other than water. Generous portions. I took half home and still left stuffed.

Service: Fair. 2 waitresses were serving the tables and the counter. There was a moderately long wait for refills and to get the check. I would say it was pretty busy but not packed. Sunday morning around 10am.

Overall: amazing food at a reasonable price. Service fair. Will be back.
