New place at the foot of Hunter mountain. Decided to stop in on 2/15. It wasn't to busy.
The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because of the food. But unfortunately that's where it ends. Service if that's what you call it here is horrible. We waited 20 minutes for our first round of drinks. Waited another 20 minutes and much to our surprise they brought out our entrees before our apps. When I brought it to the servers attention she said oh do you still want them. Its not like we had a lot. We ordered steak tartar (very small) and the pretzel. Also small. Also they have a very small beer selection.

Really solid spot for after ski food and beers. Moderate pricing and everything I've tried on the menu so far is delicious. Great assortment of beers (you've got to try a wreath of German beer!). Good bartender (Robin is the man!) and service. Highly recommend after a day on the slopes at Hunter. Interior is clean with Austrian ski house vibes, nice bar and cool long tables for bigger groups. Way better than elbowing into the slopeside bars at the mountain.

Great food and awesome German beers. Very authentic to a German/Austrian beer hall. Food is excellent and the service is top notch. We stopped after a day at Hunter and it was the perfect way to end the day.

Great concept for alpine inspired food and communal beer tavern located at the base of Hunter Mountain. For being open under a year, they’re coming into their own and making a name. A progressive menu of alpine inspired foods and beer - great to end a long day in the mountains. The food is a bit pricey - but well executed and with touches that go above the ordinary.
