Great American style food. Gets really busy on the weekend but the friendly and outstanding wait staff make it worthwhile. My husband loves the meatloaf and I love everything else. The maple glazed salmon is my current favorite. We'd go for dinner every day if it were open.
Really good food really good for the prices and you don't walk away hungry. The only thing is when I was recently here during the summer time the AC was not seeming to work fully. It does seem like the menu has recently changed though in between the last two times I was there.
Food is amazing. I had the zatar chicken and it was unbelievably good. Took me back to a kid when I used to live in Astoria NY and had all if the good Greek food there. 2 big pieces of probably the best seasoned chicken i may have ever had along with 2 good portions of whatever side you choose. I had the broccoli and french fries and I swear the chef must be able to read minds because I forgot to ask for them to be made crunchy and he made them that way. Will definitely be coming back here again.
This place is awesome. There are not many restaurants in this part of the Adirondacks so if you are in the area you should stop. The food is great. They have basic dinners that you would expect and some gourmet inspired or funky stuff too. I’ve been here many times and never found anything I haven’t liked. The atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Ann, the owner, goes out of her way to make each customer happy.
It also has a cool old bar.
Went there after kayaking Adirondack Lake. Friendly staff. Lots of interesting entrees on the menu. Had the Garlic Bread soup and Elvis Burger (Cheeseburger with lettuce, tomatoes, onions and Peanut Butter). Soup was excellent. The burger was also good especially with peanut butter on it. Definitely would recommend.
