The Caboose

I've been coming to Inlet for years, and always wondered what a train caboose was doing in the town. I was intrigued to find out that it was a panini shop. Last summer, I decided to give the place a try for lunch. I ordered the saltimbocca panini with a side of chili, a bag of baked potato chips and a bottle of water. The panini was super flavorful with a crispy crust and the chili was awesome. This place is perfect for lunch, grabbing a meal for a road trip or boating trip, and if you are staying in Inlet you can order your meal to go and enjoy it at Arrowhead park with it stunning beach view. Next time I am in town, I'll come back to eat here.

Got the four cheese Panini and it was amazing! Very fresh food and cute place to visit as well as friendly staff 😊

Really good panini's. Quick service. Nice folks. Eating area is outside under a tent top. Picnic tables.

They serve panninis and the service was excellent, food was delicious! Fun place to have lunch!

Food was good but employee working the window was super rude to me and my family. Good food isn't worth feeling like your annoying someone to do their job :) might stop back in a pinch cause the panini was great!!!
