The Long View Lodge

This place had an old-timey feel to it and was accomodating from the moment we walked in. Super easy and stress free. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom newly remodeled. It’s old so walls are thin but that didn’t really end up being an issue. The restaurant opens at 4 and those chefs know how to make a great meal. The food was absolutely amazing. Outside there is a dock for your use and a fire pit. No better way to spend an evening in the Adirondack’s! So happy we found this place.

I normally don’t write reviews but at first I was skeptical of this place but as soon as we pulled in I was excited to stay here. My dad and I stayed here to hike the Dix Range and the dinner was excellent and the rooms were very very nice. They have a beautiful living room where my dad and I played this shuffleboard game and a beautiful sunset over the lake. 100% recommend.

We had dinner here and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We did a flight of 5 different wines and they ranged from good to amazing. The appetizers were so good. We ordered 4 or 5, but the standout is the bowl of bacon. Perfect execution, salty, caramelized, and crisp! Mains and desserts were equally well done.
The servers were so friendly and knowledgeable. We drove an hour to have dinner here and we would do it again and again.
P.S. When will you guys start offering wine pairing dinners? I know you'd knock it out of the park!

We didn't stay here but came to have dinner and the food as well as the service was excellent. Thanks to Bella who offered a great service. Their honey blueberry beer is great. We'll definitely come bCk when we're around.

This place is absolutely beautiful, and the service is fabulous. Our room was so clean yet done in a rustic style. The view of the lake is breathtaking. We ate at the restaurant and were very happy with the food. We want to go back again.
