Food was delicious. Great little place to check out for brunch

We heard a lot about this place so we called for takeout, here is our review of what we tried; my beef brisket platter was great, a large portion, moist, tasty, no issues, 5 stars on this meal. My wife’s smoked turkey platter was fair, a little dry but maybe that’s the way you it’s supposed to be, large portions, 3 stars on this one. The pulled pork platter was great, large portion, moist, tasty, 5 stars. Our brisket French dip sandwich was fair at best, 2 slices of brisket and cheese on a not very toasted bun, the aujus was just dark water, no flavor, 2 stars on this. The sides were acceptable, the lady who waited on us was not friendly at all, but we didn’t go there to make friends, 3 stars overall. Another restaurant in town has the best French dip sandwich you will ever have, I won’t mention the name here but their building is bright yellow.

Can we give it 10 stars? Long wait, but only because everyone wanted to eat there. The waitress kept everyone up on wait times, very chill, and food was worthy every minute of the wait and not too $$. It was the perfect end to a bike ride up north. We even strapped the leftovers on the back...I wasn't leaving a crumb!!
