The Whiskey Coop - A Chicken & Bourbon Joint

Husband and I went last week, we sat at the bar and it was great! They were busy, but our food was fantastic and the drinks were delicious. Will go back!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had been meaning to try the place ever since we heard it was opening and it didn't disappoint! The atmosphere was so cozy. Covid precautions were well thought out and didn't take away from the experience at all! We had the pork belly appetizer, with chicken (soy version I have a chicken/turkey allergy) & waffles, and the hot mess sandwich as our entrees. The food was phenomenal! The customer service was wonderful as well. We will definitely be back to try more of the menu. We are planning on The Whiskey Coop being our date night spot. We couldn't stop talking about the food on the drive home. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Great food, great service, and great beverage menu! The chicken and breading are all cooked to perfection and if you’re a bourbon drinker you will have a blast trying the variants out! Indoor seating is limited but as the space is small but this place is one of the best on the area and deserves your patronage!

New restaurant just opened in downtown Sackets Harbor. Have ordered takeout from here twice with mixed results. The fried chicken is well-made but a bit bland and the fries have been soggy twice now upon opening 5 minutes after picking up. The menu has a great variety though featuring plenty of fried chicken sandwiches, dinners, and chicken and waffle options.

This place was very good. The service was on point. Not all in your face. We had the Pickle Rick (wife), Hot Mess(me), and chicken & waffles (daughter). All were very good. The sandwiches are messy, but we expected that. The whiskey sours were very good also. I will definitely return. Good job guys and I wish your business the best of luck.
