Papa John's Pizza

Swift process, always a great choice.

The entire staff was simply amazing. Even suggesting I use online ordering to find a supper meal coupon that would best serve my family. The instore atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The food hot and clearly made with passion and care. THANK YOU!

After reading all of the horrible reviews, I had to see for myself. I placed my order for carryout (as I'm was staying across the street) via the Papa John's website on a snowy Tuesday night without issue. I arrived to pick up my order about fifteen minutes later, and it was just coming out of the oven. I asked the only staff member onsite if he was more busy than a normal Tuesday night and he said very much so. Apparently, Domino's and Pizza Hut halted deliveries in the area, and Papa Johns was the only place still delivering. He was still very polite, and explained it was a great decision to order carryout as deliveries were a forecast wait of over an hour. He was understandably a little rushed, and multitasking while assisting me. Through it all, he did get my order correct and was professional.
Sometimes there is more going on than just your pizza, and I'm glad I asked about it.
Four stars because it's still only a Papa John's Pizza.
