Wing Wagon

I always love getting wings from here. They are very good. I do feel that the personalities of the employees could use and adjustment. I would not say they are rude, obnoxious or anything like that. They just aren’t very personable. I am not a very social person so I get it. But, I also do not work in a field that is reliant on customer interaction. When you are providing a service for the public and need to interact with them, you may want to hire some employees that are ready for that task. Like I said, the food is great, hence the stars. Would likely go to 5 stars if I saw some different employees who looked like they actually enjoyed having employment.

My wife grew up in Watertown. We all live in Indiana now, and when we head back to NNY we ALWAYS stop at the Wing Wagon, and take some extra sauce home. Never disappointed! We are a family of 6 and each and everyone one of us love this place!

Great food at a reasonable price. Lots of nice little extras included with my wing/pizza order (free celery, blue cheese and spicy dipping sauce). Everything was delicious.

3 stars means its OK. Wings are ok not terrible. I have definitely had better. The pizza is nothing to write home about.
