The bread was toasted nicely, just enough crunch for that nice bite, but soft enough so that your gums aren't ripped to shreds. Good balance of ingredients and not overly stuffed. I also grabbed a packet of nem chua (raw meat square looking things) and those things packed a kick. The spice intensifies if you are downing piece after piece in one sitting like I did, but these bite-sized squares are addictive.

(December 26, 2018, 5:43 pm)I used to come here as a kid. Lo and behold they are still open and their sandwiches are still just as good, and now better due to nostalgia.
The bread is crunchy and the filling is fresh! I don’t remember the cilantro, but it just madr it better! -
