The food was great but there was only one person fixing the plate without gloves and she is receiving the money too. I explain to her, nicely, to place a bottle of hand sanitizer in the pantry that she can at least sanitize her hands after touching the money. She was receptive to thank me nicely.

They don't always have what you want but whatever you get is so good for a great value.
