Truly authentic, delicious and true to the Georgian tradition. I eat there at least once a week and have tried everything on the menu at least once. It's cozy, friendly & welcoming atmosphere and staff are such a delight each time!!!
After several visits pretty happy with this place. Good hinkali and kebabs. Prefer khachipuri more cheesy with less dough, but it was nice and salty
Amazing Georgian restaurant that stands out from the rest. Having grown up in Russia in the Iron Curtain days, where Georgian cuisine was considered our region's epitome of fine dining, I thought I knew Georgian food. Mtskheta surprised me. Although there are some well-known favorites on the menu, beautifully executed (such as kupaty), the chef generally eschews the most iconic Georgian dishes for more authentic regional ones. Cuisine here combines unique Georgian flavors (truly, Georgian cuisine as a whole is like no other) with an eclectic and one of a kind menu. Try clay-baked dishes, especially the poussin in garlic sauce.
Very nice and authentic Georgian food. I've been there a few times, and from my experience it's one of the better Georgian restaurants in Brooklyn. Cute decor. Elaborate menu. We were quite happy and will come again.
