Good food and keep improving.
Cheap, delicious, authentic Taiwanese food away from the overcrowded part of Sunset Park. Spicy wontons are a must. Try the herbal pork soup if you are up for something different.
Personally I would highly recommend this place! Each item on the menu is crafted and neatly flavored in a way that you will fall in love at first try. Its authentic Taiwanese cuisine dragged me in, and I really enjoy eating here each time and trying out different things on the menu. Many who come in grab noodles to go, the space is cozy as there's not much room in the shop, but it's warm to know that the people who make the food care enough to ask you how you're doing, a gesture I appreciate. Will definitely be back soon for more food!
Food is delicious, not a lot of dine-in tables. Be prepared to wait if you are eating-in during peak hours. Most people in the neighborhood order take out. Fresh ingredients, plenty of flavors in all the dishes we ordered; pig blood cake, braised Napa cabbage, pork chop over rice and three cups chicken. Restaurant owner said they are still developing menu. They may have dishes available that are not on their print menu. If you don't see it, ask. They are putting dishes that are frequently ordered/requested by customers to put on menu. The most popular Taiwanese dish, stinky fried tofu is still in developing stage. Owner try to get it done right before official added to the menu and selling it. This said a lot about their food quality. Highly recommend. I would like to go back and try other dishes.
