Denny's

Just had dinner with the family and I have to say it was great. We had an amazing waiter named Nathaniel. He was so polite and courteous. Gave great suggestions and brought everything in a timely fashion and kept checking to see if we needed anything. I have to say I've been in the customer service industry for over 13 years and for me he showed great customer service skills. The food was also really good but it was because of Nathaniel's service that I'm giving a rating of 5 stars.

I was so thrilled to know that there was a Denny's in Brooklyn because I've been to other Denny's so to have one in Brooklyn was a real joy, cause I love me some hash browns and theirs we're crispy, like I like them. The food was really good, especially the pancakes!!!! The wait to be seated was not long, but the place was packed, so the food did not come out right away and it was a noticeable delay. The best time to come on this Sunday is after 2 pm, it clears out. Once it cleared out, the slight chill became more noticeable, but we're also close to the door. There is a 15 percent discount for AARP members every day if that applies. They also have an app to cut out take out time. Our waitress, Jade was really sweet considering how many tables she was bouncing between. Open late. Overall, one of the better locations I've been to and since it is the only one in BK, will be back!

Decent location and if you have any last minute changes? There's plenty of other restaurants in the area. Speedy service. Nice staff. No weird hidden fees or upsales. Don't go on a Sunday. It is almost impossible to get in with the Sunday crowd unless you are up early.
