This burrata pizza was the most incredible thing I've ever eaten (and we went on a 5 spot pizza tour this day, and i had A LOT of pizza). The burrata is to creamy and delicious. We got a whole fresh pie because there were a few of us. It was so worth it.
Great pizza. Tiny shop. Talked to Massimo about dough he uses and as well as the sauce. Mix of 00 an all purpose for anyone that wants to know. Sauce is just plain organic canned tomatoes salt, basil and olive oil.
The pizza itself has the perfect ratio of crunch and chew, while the the sauce to cheese ratio is near perfect. The sauce as another reviewer mentioned does not have an intense depth of flavor and could use a slight sweetness to round out the acidity. Overall 4.5 stars. Being the owner and people in general were super friendly, that takes them back up to a five.
the pizza is insanely good.. real fresh ingredients.. burrata slice is great with the softness of the cheese and the crunchy delicious crust. this place is second to none...
Amazing. Both Sicilian/Thick/Grandma and traditional new your slices were like 99 out of a 100. Worth short train ride to this hidden gem. Truly amazing pizza, had new york plain/cheese as well as burrata. Grandma/Thick slice of pepperoni blew away other thick slices we've tried in NYC. Thank you for delicious pizza. I guess they make thick not every day, but if they made it every day, it would sell out every day!
Excellent pizza! Authentic NY pizza in a great little pizza shop! Small place with great service and greater pizza. Worth traveling to. The dough is fantastic. Nice job!
