(January 11, 2019, 10:05 am)This place has been here for years and you can tell why. They have great products. The bread is always fresh and delicious. They also have beef patties, food, cakes, including black cake (yummy), currant and coconut rolls, and various dessert items. I love it all!

Customers service on the other hand.. NEED GREAT IMPROVEMENT.. I stopped going because of unnecessary and excessive wait time. There is no urgency whatsoever

(June 21, 2018, 6:05 pm)Patties are the best here, cocoa bread is fresh as well... They completely lack customer service!!! Lines are unnecessarily long and staff move like they're still in the West Indies...no urgency whatsoever! Take the time to train your employees, create a better system for food orders vs pastry orders...If you expedite orders faster, your sales will increase because you will have more customers... I love your patties but I agonize with the thought of waiting in line for one!
