Looking Glass

Bushwick stay weird. This was my first time at the the Looking Glass and for sure won't be the last. It was a pretty tame crowd over all. Everyone kept to themselves and we're courteous.
The bar was decked out with bright pinks walls and some bust of deer and old school cattle bones. The ambiance was like a millennial cowboy chill vibe. The music was very tasteful and the bartenders and staff were especially helpful and kind.

This review is all about the addictive carnitas tacos that literally transformed my new love for real home cooked tacos. I would go out of my way for these handpulled pork tacos because they were indeed that good. In addition to that they had this mild hotsauce called Valentines. It was the perfect combination of flavors.

I believe they also have a patio in the back if you want to get some air as well as a billiards if you want to set up a quick game.

It's an overall good time always to get fresh food and classy drinks at the looking Glass with out breaking the bank!

Very cheap food menu including $1 happy hour tacos and nachos, cheapest beer I've found in the area with several $3 drafts, has both bar and table seating, has a pool table ($2/game). Really great spot to bring friends.

Good food late night, plus a great atmosphere. Love the place.

Cool spot. There's a great vibe here and the music is dope.
