Awesome experience i go there everytime im in new york or any other borough there irish creme iced coffee with a bit of caramel is just divine my go to for starting the weekend off right

???? Love the Team Leader!! I haven't been there in a while (stopped drinking ☕ coffee????) and she still remembers me. She's the BEST!! My treat was steamed Almond Milk with Caramel. Taste very good

The staff @ this location are friendly, curteous, polite & patient. Once you are shop there regularly, they tend to know you by name & also know your order. I love them. They make you feel special. Asia is my favourite. I'm glad I don't go to the Dunkin Donut on Rockaway anymore. They are not nice over there.

So i went there after my class tonight to puchased a caramel latte and forgot i needed change. So the worker a short east Indian woman with glasses, told me to wait until next customer comes in, so i can get the change. After having me stand there for a near damn ten minutes, thinking she will give me the change for my 10 bucks for a male customer had just walked in. She then opened the money drawer, gave customer his change and then very quickly shut it, pretending to forgot i was standing there. I was standing right next to the male customer and facing her mind you. After a few words towards her for wasting my time WITH her unprofessional behavior. I hastily exited. I will never buy from here again. Yeah in the past i said they were good and i had even overlooked the long wait to be served, for there are sometimes one person doing everything, but this is unacceptable. She should have asked me to purchased a donut, rather than make a fool of me like this. Zero stars for this and i will never set foot or buy from here again.????????.
