Fisherman's Cove

Love this place but they NEVER have enough sweet plantains...so you can never get the complete meal.

The oxtail is good down to the bone. Makes you want to kiss the cook. This particular Fishermans Cove is one of the few jamaica restaurant where the food is consistent. I have had the stew chick, fried fish, curry chicken and even jerking chicken and it all just melt in your mouth. Ecstasy, I tell you!!! You won't be disappointed! The four star is because of the seating, which creates a wind tunnel when the doors are open.

I’ve been contemplating this place for a while and finally decided to try it. I’m glad I did. The oxtail was was just amazing. The rice and peas were cooked perfectly and went really well with the oxtail. The staff was friendly enough. Unlike the many negative reviews commenting on the poor customer service, I had a pleasant experience. I highly recommend it if you’re in mood for some Jamaican food or just want to try it for the first time.
