(January 28, 2019, 5:54 pm)This small clean eaterie is one of Brooklyn's best kept secrets. I have been a huge fan since their early days when there was mostly only outdoor seating and boasted the best shakshuka in the city. I can't wait to see where they go in the future!

(December 27, 2018, 7:13 pm)Update: this place just got even better! They doubled their size and now have a bunch of indoor seating. Scratch my previous mention of limited seating.
Amazing food that feels like you are at your Savta's house. Get the daily platters they are awesome especially on Monday Tuesday and Thursday. Seating is limited. -

Looked for a kosher restaurant in Brooklyn for lunch and found Mama Kitchen, try the meatballs they are amazing! Very spicy shakshuka who most middle eastern person would love to try.
Verity of specials every day.

(October 15, 2018, 8:30 pm)Wow! best Israeli home food I had for a while. Very generous dishes, the meatball, rice, shakshuka and hummus was all outstanding and I will definitely come back again. Freshly and fast service kosher restaurant. Thank you Mama Kitchen.
