    My sister ordered an iced latte and clearly said no whipped cream. She’s vegan and doesn’t do dairy. However, her latte had whipped cream. She was too nice to say anything, but I kept giving them “what the heck man??” looks. They obviously realized their mistake, but didn’t bother speaking up or apologizing. My sister used a napkin to throw out the whipped cream and drink the rest. Bad service. One thing to not get your order right, another thing to not do anything about it.
    Anyway, that’s the only issue I ever had with this store. Maybe it was an accident and they honestly didn’t know.
