This is my one and only hotpot place in Brooklyn bc it is that good. The soup base is always good and all the food are as fresh as it can be. If you book early, you can request for chicken wrapped in a pig's stomach. It taste better than it sounds. The spicy chicken soup base is another specialty. You 1st eat the cooked chicken with parsley, then they add clear soup to make it a spicy soup base for hot pot. Great when you have a large party to share. If you like really spicy soup base there's the szechuan soup base. There's clear broth for kids, or do a duo so everyone's happy!
The chicken pot is very tasty. After it becomes a hot pot the flavor is so watered down that I can't even taste any flavor out of the soup. I will definitely recommend the chicken though.
For hotpot, super expensive. Party of 2 resulted in $90 bill. There are places just as consistent for way way cheaper.
This hotpot place is delicious! They have a lot of different tasty soup base to choose from and I tried most of them. The meat they have are fresh and tasty. I have it 4 stars because they didn't have as much seafood as I hoped. Also, they didn't have the seafood that I asked for from the menu. I love seafood especially with hotpot so when I can't have certain things... it's disappointing. What I did have was definitely good. ????
