    El nopal is a mixed bag of good. First and foremost the food is good. Surprisingly it’s hard to find good Mexican in park slope for $10-15, and el nopal does that well. The inside is interesting tho, not in a bad way but a little dated. Service is fine. Actual tables and chairs could be a bit better. But food is solid. Location is fine if you’re in walking distance

    Good, clean atmosphere. Fresh, made to order plates. Friendly service. Definitely a must try in South Slope.

    I had dinner here yesterday my appetizer and meal where both freshly prepared and delicious. The staff was professional I will be coming back. BTW there chips have a nice bite to them too...
