Island Burger

This place has great tasing quick food options that you may find typical to other menus but with that extra special Island Burger unique taste and seasoning. I personally can't get enough of the chicken strips with special sauce and macaroni salad or the shrimp, fish and chips with sweet patatoe fries. They have a seating area but it's normally occupied by people awaiting their food orders. Definitely a high volume location with swift efficient staff. Normally a 2-10 minute wait for food preparation here depending on the order and then current business volume.

The food is great but the service & wait time is horrendous. The phone will be ringing so long that the call times out. Then when I finally get through to someone they put me on hold. Then when I arrive and pay I still have to wait.

Food is decent, but service is very lackluster. Takes way too long to prepare a burger. Counter staff is mostly rude. There's way better places to eat, where the meal doesn't come with a side of attitude. The best thing about IB is their sauces. Don't see myself going out of my way for this food.
