Let me start by saying the food was absolutely fantastic. The service however, second to none! Our server, Leo, was professional, extremely knowledgeable about the menu and bar list, which I knew about 10% of the ingredients, and really made the night memorable. I had told him we were celebrating an anniversary and the manager, Ryan, brought over complimentary champagne. We were floored. I can’t recommend this place enough. Great food, great drinks, especially the absinthe drips, great ambiance, and beyond great service!
Classy, upscale and casual atmosphere. It is a great spot to take a date or a dear friend and have a nice conversation over cocktails. You can also find celebrities hanging out here (although other people often point that out; I am pretty much illiterate in pop culture).
What a great, speakeasy experience in Brooklyn! Party of two shared the “La Maison” Plateau: an incredible variety of fresh oysters, clams, crab, lobster, scallops, and shrimp! Awesome! Also had a few drinks to compliment the meal. The wait staff were dressed in time-appropriate attire to compliment the experience, and were fully knowledgeable about both the food and drink menus. So glad we came!
Great place to go with Ian. If you know Ian go with him. Always in awe by the cocktails and the creative presentations. They have a large array of alcohol and the know how to bring these cocktails to you as they should be if not better. The food the also prime, known for their oysters but love the tartar. Great personalities work here. I will be back... with Ian...
What a beautiful space! We went here specifically for their beautiful patio terrace, but it was unfortunately full - we were seated right next to it at the oyster bar. The selection and quality of the oysters is top notch, and the happy hour offerings make it hard not to come here often. All in all a delightful experience. Hope to catch a spot on the patio next time!
