Hill Country Barbecue Market

The new layout is very nice and open. There is seating on the main floor and more upstairs. For the kids there's also skeetball for them to play. A little annoying the bathrooms are upstairs, but at least there's an elevator as an option. The workers we interacted with were very nice and all smiles joking around and very pleasant.

Pretty fun to have different food booths ranging from fried chicken to BBQ to pizza to dessert/coffee. Food was alright. From the BBQ the moist brisket was the best as it was the juiciest and not too fatty, but the rest was a bit dry. Fried chicken strips were tasty, but also a bit heavy on the deep frying part so was also a little dry.

Got decent coffee at the dessert booth along with donuts. The donuts were a mixed bag between moist (blueberry which was the best) to dry (the chocolate which made it not good).

Fun to try, but not enough to pull me back here.

Man, the meat choices here? Frickin succulent. I enjoyed every bite plus had some beverages to wash it all down. Hands down a pretty awesome place for BBQ.
