Bed-Stuy Fish Fry

Food was delicious but DEFINITELY not a spot to sit down and eat. Pick up and get out! took kinda long because there were a lot of orders (Fair enough I guess) BUT FOOD WAS GREAT. I had the BBQ wings, Mac & cheese, yam fries!

Went to pick up some mac and cheese for a party. The place is small and the people seem to not have time for you. If you're ordering a party platter, you'd imagine they would give you something other than a paper bag to hold steaming hot containers with (literally to put under like a budget trivet). I'm sure they turn around enough to provide paper bags with handles.

Really good and made to order, but sometimes it takes a while for food to come out... which is beneficial for people who wants their food straight off the grill. They have catering service too.

I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.
The fried fish is simply the best, very well seasoned without being overly salty.
The sides are all excellent. Can be a bit of a wait, but well worth it.

This is not a sit down restaurant. You order and then wait in the foyer for your ticket number to be called and your food is given to go. I had the grilled salmon with asparagus and macaroni with cheese. The food was good. The staff could have been more friendly but they were not rude either. You cannot call in an order because their phone is down. I saw many people complain about this. Their storefront can be a tad tricky to find if you are new to the area and it's dark out. All in all not a bad experience and I will be eating here again.
