(March 29, 2019, 12:25 pm)I was told they have affordable and delicious lunch. After moving into this area, I always want to explore what buskwick has to offer beside the super hip and modern places. This is one of those.
The place is tiny but definitely old school. With a bar table for 3 maximum and a few table in the back, I suggest you take your lunch to go. The menu is limited and always order want is popular to guarantee freshness and deliciousness.
The guy in front of me order a plate of chicken on rice and add some tomato to the list. I was drawn to that roasted chicken the moment we met. The decision is one of the best ones that day. The chicken is super juicy and well done. Meat falls off easily and add some hot sauce if you like. Rice is a bit too dry therefore ask for beans. Total is $6 cash and stop by next door deli for a drink. -
