I only got the breakfast platter and it was very good. It was made exactly the way I requested it.

Good food and reasonable prices.

Lovely owners and staff, fresh food daily, for those that think the price is high for fresh food must be eating kaka elsewhere!

J&J is a mom and pop eatery run by very pleasant owners around the corner from Maimonides Hospital. They may not know you by name but will engage you in small talk if you are open to it. Their prices are fair considering that they are on a block w many other delis. The food is cooked fresh and an omelet platter will run you $7. They have plenty of breakfast and lunch items. They serve oatmeal chock full of raisins and walnuts for $4 and you can sweeten it to your taste The wait is never long and there are small eat in tables. Staff from the hospital go here. The coffee is excellent and the extra fawning feels good on days when you are dragging youself out of bed to come to work.
