I had the chili oil fried eggs and a Greyhound at MeMe’s today during my first visit and it was delicious! Which actually surprised me ngl because I thought the fried eggs sounded weird but I’m a vegetarian so I had to go for something without meat. But it was really good, the greens were delicious, the eggs good, and the chili
Oil is to die for.
Bonus points: the greyhound was strong so even if the brunch doesn’t have an unlimited option for the booze, you get quality booze.
10/10 would recommend. You’d be supporting a queer owned business too!
If you like salt, cinnamon and greasy hangover food this is the place. They do have healthy alternatives as well if that's what you're into. Service was nice and quick. Clean facilities, chill ambiance and good light.
The potatoes were coated in honey or some kind of candied mixture. The scrambled eggs had cheese in the, but it wasn't on the menu. Too much salt on everything in my opinion, but to each his own.
It’s a small place that’s very popular, so expect a bit of a wait. The space is very bright and beautiful, and the service is good. The food is hit or miss. They do breads and baked good especially well - the donuts are dense and sweet and buttery. The cinnamon bread is excellent. The other main dishes are a bit bland. The Dutch pancake looks beautiful but it’s majorly disappointing, as are the hot fried eggs.
Very good comfort food. If they have the yellow layer cake with chocolate sour cream icing it will bring you back to your childhood memory of the most delicious cake ever. It's a little pricey but the service is very friendly and the atmosphere is buzzing. It's a good date place because the lighting and ambiance is somehow sort of flattering.
I absolutely adore this place! We ended up having to wait about an hour, but it was totally worth the wait! I took my dad with me who is not normally a very adventurous eater, but he was so done with everything! He had the Dutch babies, which were Brilliantly crafted, and I had the fried egg, which was also such an interesting experience! The service was great, the ambience is awesome, and the overall feel of the place is definitely somewhere I would go back to!
