Tacos El Rey

Tonight ordered food to go service was slow food was okay. Not the greatest nothing to rave about. Paid 4.00 for a small portion of Pico de gallo and guacamole expected more next time I am in the city I will stick to Manhattan for authentic Mexican food. Was disappointed food was a little bland and nachos too salty.

The food here is authentic and delicious. The service is also great! This is always our go to restaurant after a long day at Coney Isand beach.

We had a good time. Good service and they give you nice extras like chips with guac, salsa, and sour cream while you're waiting. Plus other extra things like sauerkraut (which we thought was delicious) and radishes and limes. What we ordered was very very spicy though so beware. If anything, have a plan B option to order instead. The atmosphere and decorations are nice (don't forget to look at the ceiling).
I just wish they had some type of dessert on the menu

Gray authentic Mexican food. I had the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. It comes with rice and beans. Food was delicious. I would have given 5 stars but the staff wasn't as attentive as I would have liked. Though there was only one waitress and I came during the world cup semi final. I normally just come for the burrito. If you get one just get a medium. The large is tremendous in size as well as flavor.
