An excellent spot for vegans in search of hearty breakfasts and comfort food. Because this is a very popular spot, I recommend going at off-peak hours. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive, and the coffee and espresso drinks are made well. The donuts are a real treat, and patrons sitting at the counter will find them impossible to resist.

What I love most is the classic diner feel.. this is a great spot to bring a group of friends!

I don't know how I was talked into coming here... However, it was a good experience. The staff was attentive, and polite. The "wings" were delicious & so was the French fries. The lemonade was superb! I had the power owl with "chicken" it was good but I didn't get the chicken.. mentioned it and was told looks like they forgot it.. anyhow, they brought it out but I was full and had it the next day. It was ok. Not a huge fan of vegan food but the "wings" lemonade, and fries would definitely be a winner for me.

Champs diner is one of the best places to bring non vegan friends. The food is always amazing! However I can't help but notice that i've never seen non white wait staff.. Other than that though, the service is great, food is great. 2 star off because of the lack of diversity however

Great food! The Philly cheese was awesome! Small place, a little bit of a wait as well.. but the wait was well worth it! Hoping to try the breakfast next time even tho I really want to go back for the Philly cheese! Maybe I'll get both ????

I visited on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and waited a little over an hour, which is just over what the lady working the seats warned me. There is limited seating outside but they offer ice cold water while you wait. Upon checking in, they'll get your name, party number, and phone number so they can text you when your table is ready. There is an app you can download to view your place in line, but it's not necessary. Once seating, the waiter quickly and politely handed out menus and asked for starters. The wait for food was reasonable and my order tasted great. The spinach artichoke dip tasted amazing and I was offered extra crostinis at no additional charge. The birthday cake shake tasted amazing and was so fulfilling I couldn't even finish it. The bathroom is unisex and very tiny, but kept clean. Overall a great visit, I'd definitely stop by again and wait an hour if I had to.
