L&B Spumoni Gardens

My favorite pie in NY. A unique style of pizza that emphasises the flavor of the sauce over a mountain of cheese. Nice and doughy, its heavy and light at the same time. No doubt, this not for everybody; my mom hated it. If you are looking for a serious slice though, this is the one. I absolutely love it!!!

You can say many things about Spumoni Gardens... It's the best pizza, it's okay, it's not all that great, it's expensive, it's reasonably priced... It's all of the above. Everybody has their opinion but what you need to know is Spumoni Gardens is a place to experience if you've never been here. Whether you like the square slices or not, there's no denying they're unique. The spumoni is a must. The restaurant is reasonably priced and everything tastes good. The only item that's ordinary is the round pie. But the best part is just sitting outside when it's warm and enjoy the atmosphere and people. It's one of the few places left with that, "real Brooklyn" feel.

My family have gotten pizza from them since 1978, our home burned down next to the restaurant. Before that the owner used to help my family out and give us pizzas at the end of the night. We have loved their pizza for decades. We thank them and their family. I still to this day have never had a better pizza, I wish to GOD we could have it delivered to Florida. GOD Bless!

One of my favorite square pizza joints of all time. Their square pizza is so amazing, the sauce is out of this world and pizza is perfectly cheesy. Finish it off with a Spumoni ice cream and you’re all set. They move surprisingly quick for as busy as it gets. Def worth the trip!

I go here often. Food is good. Pizza is good. Service is nice. There’s a pizza shop area, ice cream area, take out hot food area, and then the restaurant area. I love the set up. Even if it’s crowded they serve you fast and are very accommodating.
