    Good food. Nice, clean restaurant. Very pleasant and professional staff.

    Great coffee. Great pastries. Great counter service. However had to wait 25 minutes for one Hot Chocolate and the cup was only one third full of beverage. Great atmosphere too. Relaxing dining area

    how do i say this. My mom and dad just loves Panera. I do too and every time we go to gateway for shopping, our secondary goal of the day is to eat over there. Staff is friendly and the Broccoli cheddar is to die for. I once i ordered small size soup but the lady at the kitchen decided to give me larger one while she was talking to me.

    Maybe a 2 for 2

    And keep it cool.

    Been to this location 100x and tried many things. So I've have a few types of experience with service and food quality.

    Although it should be the same all the time. That's the point of a chain.

    But anyway.

    Overall the location is clean, has plenty of seating throughout the location.

    Family size seating, booths and double seating.

    You can grab a meal, coffee and do some work.
