    Hibino is a nice quiet little Japanese restaurant. The servers are attentive enough to take care of your needs without being over bearing. The dishes are very unique being styled after Kyoto's cuisine.

    Relatively high quality paired with relatively high prices. Worth checking out if you’re in the area, but I wouldn’t go out if my way to eat here.

    Some of the tastiest tofu I have had to date. Service was swift & patient while my group stumbled through the menu. New York City is the land of mediocre sushi, Hibino is an exception. A well deserved 5 star review.
