THIS PLACE IS JUST SIMPLY AMAZING. MY NIECE HAD HER GENDER REVEAL DINNER HERE. THE FOOOOOOD WAS JUST AWESOME !! 7 COURSES UNBELIEVABLE. THE STAFF WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WELCOME ATMOSPHERE.. I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT 100%..
I was surprised at how good the food was. Some of it, anyway. The potato salad had tuna in it, which was a surprise, and not a welcome one, but the hot borscht with sour cream was great - very flavorful. Unfortunately, when the waiter came out of the kitchen holding it in one hand, he had a dustpan and broom in the other, which he dropped off in a closet before bringing me my soup. The service in general was really slow, but not unpleasant. The Georgian-style chicken I had for an entree was very tasty, but I could have done without the coleslaw on the side. It just wasn't very good. The decor is pretty cheesy - with TVs playing Russian TV at either end of the room - but whatever. I wouldn't make a point of going back, but if I found myself nearby and feeling hungry, I might give it a second try. As long as I had at least an hour to wait. Again, the service was really slow.
We had an amazing time. The room was so comfortable, the food at Skovorodka absolutely spectacular (we ate two meals there). Our waitress was just wonderful.
Great food at a very decent price. Warm ambience and professional staff.
We were there a couple weeks ago. Both me and my husband are from Ukraine originally. The food and the service were perfect! We really appreciated the professionalism of the staff.
Great job! Definitely recommend!
