(November 9, 2018, 10:17 pm)Zen Vegetarian is a welcome alternative to the many other Chinese restaurants found in Flatbush. They have a diverse menu featuring many of the classics like General Tso Chicken or Sesame Chicken but everything is completely vegetarian or sometimes even vegan. You can choose between white or brown rice with your entrée and although quite busy, the service was friendly. Its interior is quite sparse and not really welcoming, so I would recommend take away over eating there.

(August 6, 2018, 10:27 pm)Wow. Just... Go here. Incredible food, great prices, friendly people. And the food... is great. My girlfriend got pad Thai and I got the orange chicken. Better than any "real meat" dish I've had!

(June 24, 2018, 2:34 am)I have been going to this place off and on for several years. The quality and taste have remained consistent. Favourites on menu: miso soup, scallion pancakes and several of the mock meat dishes. I tried the tuna sandwich a few weeks. It was so good with mustard dressing they provided.
