very good food, things I did not like are music and alcohol serving.

The service was really bad. As we had asked for water and we got it only after we asked 3 waitresses for it. They got our order wrong in the first attempt and we had to wait for so long for our food. My friend was feeling very hungry!
The music was too loud and that ruined the ambience of the place. The only reason I give it three stars is because the food was good, but I will say I had better food in the restaurant next door, Sherdor.

With a Tajik chef who grew up in Uzbekistan, Padishah tends to focus on the cuisines that overlap these two countries, of which there are plenty. This dinner for seven had a good assortment of courses, starting with cold salads, hot savory pastries and plov, then moving finally to a vast array of delicious shish kebabs. The atmosphere here is festive, you'll notice your neighbors emptying very large bottles of vodka and whisky while on weekends a solo singer provides musical entertainment.
