I like the thick noodle, the chicken broth is so good too.
Best one in the area, but not as good as any of the ones in Manhattan. Their broth is a bit too salty, but their stuff is otherwise okay. Redeeming factor is that the noodles are super springy
Delicious food. Fast serving. I liked Romen soup very much. Thank you
Extremely friendly owners. Shio ramen was delicious, tasted just like in Japan. The corn and the pork really enhanced the flavor!! The pork was delicious just like he said. It's also not super expensive compared to other Ramen shops in America, and considering that they pay extra to order everything from Japan directly it has to be a bit more expensive than in Japan, that's natural. Overall it's definitely worth it!! I not only recommend it, I can't wait to come back.
It was really good but still not good enough to return too. The seaweed salad and pork dumplings were great and fresh! I had the Seafood Paitan, which started it was loaded with shrimp and scallops, but it only had 2 shrimps and 2 scallops. And the only broth choices is creamy chicken broth. Wish it had more broth choices and more seafood in my soup.
