One of the Last real Delis in NYC .Food is great and the service is great and they deliver. Was a Brooklyn born and married but now in Florida and we can not get brisket or corned beef like you lucky people can get in this place. The only negative thing I can say is try and park close to the deli because the neighborhood has changed and not as safe to walk as it used to be and that is a shame.Thank taxes for making me move
Always love the food and nostalgic history of this place. Just had some cold cuts and it hit the late night spot. Yummy
Delicious and tasty food. Always fresh. Usually go there for the chicken or turkey which is always hot and fresh, mostly. Staff is VERY accommodating, and friendly. Lots of cool guys work there. And not to mention a few cute waitresses too ;)
Good service and the food is always tasty and good. we usually get sandwiches...pastrami, tongue, corned beef. Their oversized hot dogs are excellent. wonderful Cole slaw and french fries. Their sour pickles are always sour. Excellent! The square knish is very good. There is metered parking on the Avenue and free curbside parking on the side streets. The deli is wheelchair accessible and the bathrooms are kept clean. There are other prepared food but I cannot comment because I go there for sandwiches. This is a very good neighborhood deli and I shall continue to return there. Even so, I rated it a 4 because I always compare it to Katz.
