Hadramout

This place is truly epic. Open 24 hours, very friendly service. Large portions at reasonable prices. I’d say their bread is among the best in all of New York.

Ok first of, don't follow the menu on Google, the prices are literally double in reality than what is on Google (deceiving). I had lamb haneeth and chicken shawarma. Food is good nothing exceptional. Their complimentary soup is very good.

Food was great. I'd advise one not to order take out here. I called and when asked how long it'd take the guy said "I don't know..uh...maybe 10 minutes" we gave an extra 5 minutes and it hadn't been prepared when we got there. (My boyfriend had this happen when he ordered take out prior.) We then had to wait and went for a quick walk up the block and by the time we got back, someone with the exact order as us apparently came in and our food was given to them, they don't call. The guy admittedly was apologetic so my boyfriend agreed to wait and... well we eventually got the food. The place is one of these places where the food is good and community supported so they seemingly don't put much effort in. They stack all dirty dishes, even with food from diners onto a center table and it sort of stays there for a while. I'd eat there again if it of course we're a similar circumstance where I needed a place that opens late.
