There are a lot of menu items I like and plenty I don’t. The fries are the best I have ever had—anywhere. Good wine selection, good bar crowd, Edwin the bartender is fantastic at his job, and I am looking forward to trying Brunch. Three courses for 14.95!
I can't rate 5 stars as I haven't done food here. But for a drink at the bar, I was pleased. Murad - bartender - lovely. The man can make a cocktail, and even did something off menu for me. I don't require much. Service with a smile and a drink that doesn't cause my liver to slap me in my face. Hooray for that. Hooray for Manchego!
The place is cozy and the sangria is good. But the food and flavor is definitely not Spanish. We ordered various dishes and they were all a little bland.
Manchego is a wonderful food experience. Just walking in puts you at ease with the relaxed atmosphere and chill vibe of the staff. I ordered the brunch special which looked amazing and tasted even better. I had to pace myself because the food is so good yet deceptively filling. For sure I'll be back to try the rest of the menu.

Murat is bar non my favorite Bartender, whether you come in once a year or twice a month he usually remembers a face and will remember the drinks you like.
I've met and have had some interesting conversations and introductions to local patrons, thanks to Murats friendly personality.
The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that the last time I was there I was disappointed in the quality of the Skirt Steak. Used to be a nice thick quality textures juicy piece of Skirt Steak. This time around it looked and tasted as if it was stomped out with a hammer and very dry.
