Warm atmosphere with several sizing options to choose from (bite-size, small mezzes, entree). All of the items I tried were really flavorful (with all their components working together) and nicely spiced.
The roast chicken main dish I selected was a quite healthy-size portion -- I couldn't quite finish it after eating all the small bites I had already ordered -- and was definitely worth the price. 🙂
Loved the gorgeous food and warm hospitality of Nabila's. We had the sambousik, fatayer, beef kibbe and mouhamara to start, followed by the eggplant, sheesh barak, and rice hashwi with chicken, and atayef ashta/atayef walnut for dessert. The flavors were so bright and complex, truly memorable and a notch above anything else we've had in a long time. The beautifully designed space was open to the summer evening breeze, adding to the experience. Wish we lived in Cobble Hill so we could go to Nabila's every week.
This place is delicious! Wonderful addition to the neighborhood. All the small bites were tasty. The sheesh barak was so unique, creamy, and yummy! The lamb was my favorite — so hearty and savory, perfect comfort food. Will be returning!
The food is extraordinary! So is the atmosphere, and the staff! The service was very fast! The only downside is the portion/price ratio - plates are really small! Prepare to take a larger order if you are hungry! We took 4 tiny pastry items, 2 appetizers and two “large plates”, but they were not even close to large :)
