Some the best Ramen you'll ever have. Homemade flavors, and the rice dishes? Man, just try it out. Musts: HM Pork Belly Ramen, Niku Udon, Unagi Eel over Rice (!)...
So excited to have a ramen shop in Bay Ridge! I wanted to like this place very badly and I know a lot of the missteps were due to just opening and understaffing. I’m hopeful with some of the kinks worked out it can be really good! —
Experience—
The place is divided into two separate spaces. The front is redesigned, modern (very cute)— however the back is this dark bar-ish setting. V weird, not sure how they connect.
Food took forever, when we finally got some of the food (40 mins) one of our apps was wrong. Another 40 mins— and we got the mains.
The ramen was okay — pork belly was chewy and overly charred but the broth was tasty!!
The wait staff were lovely. For the price, I would wait to visit here until they get basic operations down.
I’m surprised with this low key spot. Was actually amazing
One awesome lace to have great drinks and amazing food. The deserts are also equally fantastic. I wish this place nothing but continued success. A gem of a place.
The pork belly ramen was delicious. A little pricey but definitely worth it. Also I think I tasted truffle so that might explain the price. I was a little disappointed that the menu said there would be corn and a side of chili gochu and I got neither. Either way, I am definitely coming back. Very glad this spot is in Bay Ridge.
