Ever since Christie’s on Flatbush closed, the Brooklyn patty throne has sat empty. The wait is over, the crown now belongs to Patty Haus. Flaky, fresh and defying the patty odds…they leave you feeling healthy. Wonderful selection of fillings and dynamite smoothies to wash em down. Long May Patty Haus reign and hopefully open a location in my neighborhood!
THIS PLACE IS MY NEW FAV! The girl working there was SO nice, gave us free smoothie samples while we waited for our patties and the food was SO good that we bought 10 total patties. Fantastic service and wonderful food! (my favs were the Jerk Plantain and Kale) Definitely coming back and telling my friends about this place!
Sadly didn't take a pic because we gobbled it all up so quick lol
So good! I’ve tried the lentil and plantain flavors so far, and they’re both delish—hot and fresh with an amazing flaky crust. Last time I was in, she offered me a free cup of a new green smoothie recipe she was experimenting with, which went great with the patty. Swing by! For around $5 a piece, these are a great walking lunch.
Was not aware it was veggie only before walking in. Asked if they had tuna. My bad. Lol I have a food allergy. I use to be vegetarian for five years actually. So I have a great appreciation for vegetarian meal preparation. Got the lentil patty, the salmon patty, and queen smoothie. All delicious. It would be helpful if the patties or the bag they go in had an indication of the filling to decipher which is which when ordering multiple. Smoothies are made fresh so alterations are possible. Employee spoke words of affirmation while preparing it. My emotionally unstable self almost cried. Was not expecting any of it but appreciated all of it.
Tried the callaloo, spinach, jerk plantain and split pea patties… definitely think the split pea is my favorite! If you like spice, definitely go for the jerk plantain, has lots of heat and more of a more sour or bitter taste. Split pea was very soft, more like a mashed potato filling and somehow tasted a bit like plantain, which I liked. Got a free fresh green juice sample when I stopped by on the weekend, was really light and refreshing. Other assortment of smoothies and kombucha available.
