Decided to give Rosie’s a second chance and it’s much better! I think the trick is to order your pizza with the “well done” option. The problems I had with the cheese and crust don’t seem to be an issue; not sure if it’s from ordering it well done or if they actually changed something. Very happy to order from here again!

So, over the past 6 times I’ve been here, I’ve been really happy. Food is tasty and you don’t have to wait so long. A slice of the day (or pie for that matter) are great. Bar is comfortable and a rare find in this area. Go and get a pie.

Drinks are great too. Good selection. Though - miss the guava they used to have, but I guess summer can’t live forever.

As the pizza is very good and am glad that the former Archie’s spot is being utilized. I am a regular here. But I was disappointed this Sunday as I came to enjoy pizza and beer and was excited to sit inside since I am now fully vaccinated, I am upset that I had to eat outside because they did not put the air conditioning on or even turn on the ceiling fans to circulate some sort of air. It was stagnant in there. It still is summer. I guess I won’t be coming back until the weather cools.

Much better crust! I got a pie a few days after the grand opening and the crust was kind of strange/hard but the pie I got today was delicious. The dough had the softness similar to archies and perfectly cooked! I hope it’s always like this from now on. Love it! ❤️

So excited to have a great pizza spot in the neighborhood! The pizza is amazing- you can taste the quality of ingredients - the crust is thick but airy, like a cloud! It’s not heavy and thoroughly enjoyable. They have several options to choose from- or you can make your own. The sandwiches are another delicious option. The eggplant sandwich especially was a pleasant surprise. The staff is very friendly and the ambiance is welcoming and relaxing. And one of the best parts is they’re open late! Highly recommended!
