The VSPOT

My all time favorite vegan spot haven't been for a while but the food is still delicious! The quality remains the same.Menu has changed a bit but still yummy options. I miss the shakes though. If you haven't eaten at the VSPOT put it on your list of things to do!(and eat!)

I really enjoyed the food and the service. My only complaint was, being it was my first time, the waiter (who was very good) could've suggested some stuff.

Delicious vegan food in Brooklyn and the East Village. Private outside dining area right in the street. Only odd thing is you have to spend a minimum per person of $25 to sit inside. Not why we ate outside, but odd nonetheless.

I have yet to eat there, but I emailed the owners about an allergy concern regarding vegan cheese and they got back to me and explained they don't use soy or nut vegan cheese to avoid allergens. They were incredibly nice and thorough in their explanation. I already love this place just because of their response and I haven't even eaten there yet! I'll be sure to stop by soon.

I have one of the strictest diets out there. No meat or flesh (fish). No eggs. No onions. No garlic. No scallions. No gelatin. Dairy is ok. And to find a LATIN Vegan spot that can cater to my needs is unheard of.

The owner worked with me by going through the entire menu, searching through the dishes and entrees and finding me a meal that I would be able to enjoy without any worries. My experience there was exceptional and they were beyond helpful.

You deserve every one of these 5 star V Spot!
