Anyone that comes here to eat needs to order the cucumber cold dish. It is SO good. Crunchy, tangy with a little bit of spice. It’s amazing. We ordered the crossing bridge noodle with lamb and the beef soup noodle. Both were delicious and the quality was just as good as it was my first time here a few years back. Big portions, always a plus! 4 stars because they do not offer water which is a little strange. I’m not sure if I’m supposed to ask for it to be served. You can order in English or Mandarin. Good food at cheap prices.

Despite taking 20 minutes to wait for my take out, the cold noodle’s rice noodles are very good. The slightly spicy taste really added to the kick. But the topping that was added on had a weird texture that I did not like. I know it gets busy but it being called a quick bite wasn’t really that quick. Especially when my stomach was growling at the same time.

I first heard of this place due to one of Mike Chens YouTube videos *you should watch them! Hes great!* but never got around to going due to life and other things. Finally went last Sunday and I have to say... I was pretty impressed. I had the rice noodles with braised beef. Was very good! The broth was filled with a good beefy flavor, and the noodles had a nice soft yet chewy texture. Also got the dumplings in sweet and sour broth. Was very very good! Will definitely be making more trips to this place. Also went with my brother and a friend. Everything came up to $44. Not bad at all.
